For High Schoolers...
- Fellowship Group
- Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. - and extended time in the Hang Out Room after choir (until 9:15 p.m.)
- Friday Hang Out
- Games, food, fun. What more do you want? In the Youth Activities Room every Friday, 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. (enter from 8th St).
- SonLight Singers
- This choir is directed by Lesley Sirianni. They perform regularly in worship and present a musical annually in a Dessert Theater setting before leaving on tour! Rehearsals are weekly on Wednesdays from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the church.
- Summer Camp
- Will be August 17-23, 2008, will be at Forest Home (Lakeview)
- Volunteer for VBS
- Youth can help out during Vacation Bible School (August 4-8, 2008) as
classroom helpers, activities coordinators, and lots
of other ways.
- Volleyball
- On Saturday afternoons/evenings, several church teams participate in an inter-church volleyball league. Erik Larson coaches a team of mostly youth.
- Sunday School
- Meet in sanctuary at 9:30, then class begins at around 9:45 a.m. when dismissed.
Mission Outreach
Habitat for Humanity Youth/Young Adult project which
includes youth & young adults from 52 churches in our
Presbytery. July 8-12, 2008 in Lynwood/South Gate.
Mission project with
Center for Student Missions the week of July 20-26, 2008 in Los Angeles.
Other local outreach opportunities throughout the
summer!

Special Events
A lock-in is scheduled for middle & high schoolers on Friday, August 8th.
A reunion for youth choirs is planned for the weekend of July 11-13. Contact Emily Anderson for more info.
